normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char;text-autospace:none'>本招标项目 织金县粮食综合产业园建设项目二期剩余工程由 织金县发展和改革局 以 织发改字【2014】578号文件批准建设， 项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工 进行公开招标。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char;text-autospace:none'>2.2 建设规模及内容：项目占地面积176.63亩，新建5万吨粮食储备仓库和3万吨周转仓库，占地面积40000平方米；0.5万吨食用油储备罐，年粮食交易流转量15万吨粮油交易配送中心，300辆大型货车物流停车场，年产3万吨大米加工厂，年产1万吨菜籽油加工厂，粮食产业园的办公、后勤服务等配套设施。（注：本次招标建设内容为：织金县粮食综合产业园二期剩余工程分为粮油交易配送中心A、B栋、中转仓、粕库、辅料库、卫生间、浸出车间及设备、原料仓库、室外景观设计、油罐区挡土墙、植物油罐区基础、污水处理站、园区大门等）。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.1 本次资格后审要求申请人具备建设行业主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力，其中，申请人拟派项目经理须具备建筑工程专业贰级注册建造师 资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建建设工程项目的项目经理。
