normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>吸附卫星厂房 计划开工日期： 2019年8月16日 ；
normal style='text-indent:108.0pt;line-height:150%'>计划竣工日期： 2019年12月26日 ；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>试剂集中配制厂房 计划开工日期： 2019年8月16日 ；
normal style='text-indent:132.0pt;line-height:150%'>计划竣工日期： 2019年12月10日 ；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>合同有效日期（绝对日期）：2020年4月30日 。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.3 招标范围：
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>吸附卫星厂房、试剂集中配制厂房施工。具体范围如下：
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）包括吸附卫星厂房、试剂集中配制厂房图纸范围内全部工程内容的施工和设备材料的采购；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）树脂采购工作不在本次承包范围内；树脂卸车、装填包括在本次承包范围内；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）通信专业安装、自动化专业二次元件安装不在本次承包范围内，但通信专业和自动化专业的预留预埋施工、自动化专业一次元件的采购安装包括在本次承包范围内。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>以上所述的招标范围仅是概括性的。投标人应参阅招标文件中的其他部分，包括图纸、规范、合同条款、工程量清单等去了解实际的招标范围。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.4项目目标：满足设计图纸要求，达到设计使用要求。
normal style='margin-top:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.投标人资格要求
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1）营业执照：本次招标要求投标人为独立法人，有效的营业执照；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2）资质等级：具有建设行政主管部门颁发的房屋建筑工程施工总承包二级和机电工程施工总承包二级及以上资质；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3）项目经理：必须具有本单位注册的房屋建筑工程或机电设备工程二级及以上建造师注册证书，且应取得住房城乡建设主管部门颁发的安全生产考核合格证（B类证书）；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>4）安全员：专职安全员须具有施工安全考核证书（C类）；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>5）安全生产许可证：具有有效的安全生产许可证；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>6）体系认证情况：通过质量管理体系认证。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>7）本次招标不接受联合体投标。
