normal style='text-indent:14.0pt'>1）250万t/a选矿工程初步设计，包括但不仅限于总平面、原矿堆场、破碎、粉矿仓及磨矿、浮选、药剂制备及堆存厂房、外部供水、总降变电所、精尾矿浓密、精矿输送泵站、精矿长距离输送管线、精矿过滤脱水装置、尾矿过滤装置及临时堆场、尾矿输送到充填站尾矿浆储槽，厂区内回水系统、渣场设计、办公生活设施以及配套公用工程等。

normal style='margin-left:21.0pt'>3.1 本次招标要求投标人须提供企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或三证合一的营业执照合法有效，并且注册资金为1亿元（含）以上；投标人具有国家相关部门颁发的化工石化医药行业甲级及以上资质，并在人员、设备、经验等方面具备相应的能力，其中，申请人拟派
