normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.必须具有合法有效的营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证（或三证合一的营业执照）；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>2.法定代表人参加投标的必须有法定代表人身份证，法人授权委托人参加投标的必须有法人授权委托书及被授权委托人身份证；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>3.具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度（自行承诺）；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>4.具有履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力（自行承诺）；

5. 具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：提供相关证明材料或自行承诺；

六、其他补充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投标保证金交纳：供应商必须在2021年 12月6 日9︰00前从其基本账户向毕节市 交纳人民币贰拾万元整（￥20万元 ），且确保在2021年12 月6 日9:00前到账并检查绑定成功。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'> 2.投标保证金交纳方式：银行转账、银行保函、保证保险。（采用银行转账的，投标保证金必须从公司账户一次性汇入采购人指定账户，且确保在截止时间前到账并检查绑定成功否则，责任由投标人自行承担（以到账时间为准，由于跨行转账需一定时间，为确保保证金按时到账，请尽早交纳保证金），采用银行保函或保证保险等非现金方式提交的，银行保函或保证保险可通过贵州省 综合金融服务平台办理，其彩色扫描件应附在投标文件内）；
