normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>本招标项目天厦同心景苑安置房项目施工总承包招标(项目名称)已由 毕节市七星关区发展和改革局 以 七星发改审批【2020】122号文件 批准建设，招标人(项目业主)为毕节市天厦房地产开发 ，建设资金来源自筹。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工总承包 进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>2.4招标范围：招标人提供的施工图及工程量清单所示全部内容(含土建及安装工程、景观绿化工程、场平土石方工程、边坡支护工程、室内外所有附属设施及配套工程等，电梯、强电、三网合一、燃气除外。 )

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>2.6工程质量要求：符合国家现行有关施工质量验收规范标准；

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包贰级及以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，其中，投标人拟派项目经理须具备建筑工程专业壹级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建建设工程项目的项目经理。
