normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>本招标项目高新一号广场（项目名称）已由毕节金海湖新区经济发展局（项目审批、核准或备案机关名称）以《贵州省企业投资项目备案证明》（项目编码：2013-520528-04-01-115176）（批文名称及编号）批准建设，招标人（项目业主）为贵州合盛房地产开发 ，建设资金来自企业自筹（资金来源）。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的勘察进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（1）工程建设 （以规划方案审查主管部门批复面积为准）

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（3）勘察服务期：60日历天。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（4）项目总投资：约33425.3万元。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（5）招标范围：本项目范围内的工程地质勘察（含初勘、详勘、边坡勘察、技术资料、后期服务及相关审查费用）等全部勘查内容；

3.1本次招标要求投标人具备建设行政主管部门颁发的工程勘察专业类（岩土工程）甲级及以上资质，

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>5.1 电子投标文件上传的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2021 年 11月10  日 9时30 分，将电子投标文件上传至毕节市 -毕节市人民政府门户网站业务系统，并于当日 9 时 50 分前解密投标文件。本次开标采取网上开标，投标人无需到开标现场。
