1.中化建国际 （以下称为“招标代理机构”）受中海油天津液化天然气 （以下称为“招标人”）委托，就中海油天津液化天然气 天津LNG二期项目接收站工程所需部分货物及相关服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请投标人对下列货物和服务提交密封投标：

CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd.(here in afterreferred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by CNOOC TIANJIN LNG Co.,LTD (here in after referred to as “Tenderee”),intends to purchase the Goods and the relevant services required under TIANJIN LNG The Second Stage of the Project of CNOOC TIANJINLNG Co.,LTD by International Competitive Bidding. The Bidders are kindly requested toprovide the following Goods and services with sealed bids.

数量：8+2台

Quantity:8+2 sets

规格描述：本次招标10台浸没燃烧式气化器，其中1台处理能力为340m³LNG/h，设计压力11.6MpaG，其余9台处理能力为475m³LNG/h，设计压力15.8MpaG。

Specification description：This tender for 10 Submerged combustion vaporizers. One of the capacity is 340m3LNG/h, the design pressure is 11.6MpaG, the remaining 9 sets have acapacity of 475m3LNG/h, and the design pressure is 15.8MpaG.

供货要求：投标人按10台SCV进行投标报价。采购形式为8+2台，即买方确认购买8台SCV，其余2台SCV(475m³LNG/h)签订合同后，2021年5月1日前由买方发出书面指令确认是否购买生产。

Supply requirements：Bidders bid for 10 SCVs. The purchase form is 8 + 2 sets. That is,the buyer confirms the purchase of 8 sets，the remaining 2 sets (475m³LNG/h) are issued by the buyer after signing the contract with written instructions to confirm whether is purchased and produced before May 1, 2021.
