项目实施 须提供营业执照或企业注册证明（复印件加盖公章）。南方科技大学是科教仪器设备减免税单位，如果是境外供货，投标人应有境外供货与外币结算资格或者是取得了境外供货贸易商的投标授权。 3、投标人如为所投产品的制造商，须提供制造商声明函；投标人如为所投产品的代理商或经销商，须同时提供制造商出具的合法授权文件； 4、投标人须提供由设备制造商或授权的中国总代理签署的合法有效的保修、维修承诺函； 5、投标人须提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明（复印件加盖公章）； 6、投标人必须在 （ ）注册成会员。境内投标人还须在深圳市政府采购网注册成会员； 7、本项目不接受联合体投标，不允许分包。

7、 3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder Qualifications or Performance：1. Authorization letter of legal representative; 2. The bidder must be an independent legal person from the People’s Republic of China or a country or region that has normal business dealings with the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “qualified source country/region”). A manufacturer or agent (or distributor) that is independent of the tenderer and the tendering agency and has the qualification and ability to provide the goods and services of this procurement item. Must provide business license or business registration certificate (copy with official seal). Southern University of Science and Technology is a unit of tax reduction and exemption for science and education instruments and equipment. If it is supplied overseas, the bidder shall be qualified for overseas supply and foreign currency settlement or obtained the bid authorization of the overseas supplier trader. 3. If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested product, it must provide the manufacturer's declaration letter; if the bidder is the agent or distributor of the invested product, it must also provide the legal authorization document issued by the manufacturer; 4.
